About us

Tracey Poulton was the instigator of this blog and David Tebbutt its implementer.

We believe that sharing knowledge between people who believe they’re doing the right things is the way to make this world a better place. We added the question mark to the blog title as an acknowledgement that each post can form the hub of a discussion. Think of it as the first word, rather than the last word.

We hope this blog will help to achieve this through a mix of self-penned and contributed ‘knowledgeable opinion’ pieces plus, of course, the resulting conversations via your comments and other responses.

This blog is quite independent of any company, including our own, and it will not accept overt selling or promotional pieces. Having said that, we are happy to acknowledge all sources and provide links to our contributors’ and interviewees’ own sites.

We will cover all aspects of modern life including, but not restricted to, agriculture, collaboration, education, engineering, environment, manufacturing, philanthropy, science, services and travel.

If you have something practical to say from an unusual point of view based on your experience and which will interest our readers, please get in touch.

Think in terms of 300 to 500 words. It’s a distillation of your thoughts and a chance to say something about yourself in a two-line bio. If you prefer, we can ghost write your contribution using existing material for background and a 15-20 minute interview. Here’s what one of our contributors, Rob Wirszycz, had to say about the ghost-writing process:

“It really was as simple as David says. We spent about 20 minutes on the phone and the  process worked pretty much as described. In terms of my own time it was a few minutes on preliminary emails, the call, 20 minutes to edit, 15 minutes to edit his suggested bio, 2 minutes to send a pic and that’s it. What’s 45 minutes out of my life to get a piece that I can now refer others to and which, of course, links interested readers back to me and my services.”

The piece he’s referring to is his Get on the trust trajectory

Interested?

We look forward to hearing from you.
